Avenal State Prison - Substance Abuse Program
Center Point has provided rehabilitative services for criminal justice populations since 1971. The Agency has developed a system of care for in-prison services that utilizes the therapeutic community treatment concepts and cognitive, behavioral interventions. The primary goal of the in-prison treatment program is to reduce the incidence of substance abuse, relapse and recidivism among participants. In addition, the program promotes positive social behavior leading to successful integration back into the community through case managed referrals and participation in a community based substance abuse program.

San Francisco County Jail
Under a contract with the San Francisco County Sheriff’s Department, Center Point provides substance abuse education and treatment services, transition planning, and case management services to male and female inmates at the San Francisco County Jails. Men’s services focus on core issues including violence intervention, domestic violence prevention, relapse and recidivism prevention, pre-employment and life skills development.
Women’s services include gender responsive addiction treatment, trauma and abuse services, life and parenting skills education, and re-entry and discharge planning. Housing, employment and referrals for community services are provided at the Women’s Re-entry Center, operated by Center Point as a multi-service one-stop program.

Oklahoma City Men's Project
Center Point has provided residential services in Oklahoma City since 2005. The Oklahoma City Program, a contractual collaboration with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, is a 200 bed community correctional facility for adult men. The program provides a full complement of addiction treatment and cognitive behavioral therapy with a focus on successful community reintegration, including work release assignments

Osage Work Release Program
The Osage Program, located in Osage County near Tulsa, Oklahoma, provides both a Work Release and a Prison Public Works Program for up to 50 men referred by the Department of Corrections. Participants work during the day and receive vocational services, life skills training, case management and transition planning in preparation for community reintegration.

Day Reporting Center Oakland
The Day Reporting Center, located in Oakland, CA is a voluntary parolee service offered by Center Point under contract with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR). The Oakland Day Reporting Center offers a variety of educational and social services that are intended to promote pro-social development, enhance employability and housing stability, and which promotes successful community reintegration. The program serves 300 parolees annually.

Criminal Justice Case Management
Under contracts with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Office of Substance Abuse Treatment Services, Center Point’s Community Services Coordinators provide an array of assessment, placement, referral, and case management services throughout California.
The Substance Abuse Services Coordinating Agency (SASCA) Parole Region II and the Bay Area Services Network (BASN) provide case management services to incarcerated and recently paroled men and women who have successfully completed a California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation in-prison substance use disorder treatment program and who are paroling to one of the nineteen coastal counties from the Northern California border to Ventura County in the south.
SASCA and BASN funding and case management services for parolees are available for up to 150 days of residential and/or outpatient treatment and transitional housing. For many participants, the successful completion of community-based treatment results in the early termination of their parole.
