Medical Clinic

The Center Point Community Based Primary Care Medical Clinic, located in San Rafael, California, is licensed to accept Medi-Cal and county sponsored reimbursement. Staffed by a physician, a family nurse practitioner, a clinical psychologist, and a consulting psychiatrist, the clinic provides preventive and primary health care, physical examinations, infectious disease screening, risk assessments, and medic al case management. A pharmacy dispensing license allows the clinic to provide medication management, including ambulatory detoxification and antagonist therapy. Primary mental health services, including psychiatric evaluation and assessments and counseling services are available for those with co-occurring mental health disorders.
