Cook/Food Service: Private, non-profit social service agency seeks an experienced cook to develop menus, control inventory and costs, and prepare meals for residential program in Tulsa. Qualified candidate should be familiar with Health Department regulations and requirements and will have experience with meeting nutritional requirements of "Recommended Daily Allowances." Minimum expectations include prior experience preparing menus and meals in a commercial or residential program kitchen; demonstrated ability to prepare at least two weeks of diverse menus; experience with perpetual inventories of food and non-food stock and cost containment procedures.

Case Manager

Responsibilities include: Coordination of strategic social casework; classification;development of transitional/intervention plans; conducting and analyzing offender assessments; developing family and community collaborative support teams; providing service referrals and follow-up.

Requirements include: bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years experience within the criminal justice field.
