Organizational Structure

Center Point is a private, not-for-profit corporation that provides comprehensive services to individuals and families. Founded in 1971, Center Point offers rehabilitation and a spectrum of health and social services at multiple sites across the United States.

Center Point is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of individuals from the civic, business, legal, financial, and educational sectors. The Board of Directors meets with senior management to establish annual goals and objectives and to review major organizational, programmatic, and fiscal milestones.

Community Advisory Boards at key locations provide advocacy, build linkages with community leaders, assist in fundraising, connect with grassroots efforts, and provide public relations within the communities served.

Center Point programs are licensed and/or certified by State regulating agencies.
