Outpatient Services
Center Point, Inc. (CPI) provides structured Outpatient Services (OS) to support and assist clients in their efforts to overcome addiction, meet education and vocational goals, support family reunification efforts, and sustain long-term recovery, health, independence, and well-being. CPI’s outpatient programs are designed to modify negative thoughts and behavioral patterns which contribute to SUDs and other psychosocial problems. Outpatient treatment offers a wide range of didactic, experiential learning and activities designed to decrease substance dependence and negative behaviors. Services are provided on a flexible schedule. The duration, intensity, and frequency of group and individual counseling services are determined on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with a multidimensional assessment. CPI’s outpatient programs provide an array of rehabilitative services designed to promote positive attitudes, values, and skills, including all the following:
- Assessment/Evaluation
- Care Coordination
- MAT Referrals
- Recovery and Aftercare Services
- Individual Counseling
- Individualized Treatment Planning
- Group Counseling
- Patient Education
- Educational services
- SUD Crisis Intervention
- Discharge/aftercare planning
- Family Therapy and reunification, and support
- Random and routine alcohol and drug screening
Outpatient Services are provided to individuals who are ready for recovery but need motivational enhancement and monitoring to strengthen readiness as a relapse prevention. Outpatient programs offer many of the same treatment elements as a residential program does, but at lower level of intensity. Up to nine (9) hours of services are available to OS participants and the meetings happen once a week for two hours.
