Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic

CenterLink, also known as Center Point, Inc.’s (CPI) Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), was established in October 2022 with implementation funding from SAMHSA Center for Mental Health Services. The CCBHC is co-located at the Multi-Service Center Outpatient Program and Primary Care Clinic. It serves as a central screening and assessment hub for the CPI system of care for substance use disorder (SUD) and mental health (MH) programs in Marin County.

The clinic services initiate with a brief intervention, a full assessment, and all necessary treatment. CenterLink has a Consulting Psychiatrist who provides psychiatric consultations and direct telehealth services, which include diagnostic interviewing, prescribing, medication management, and others. Additionally to that, the Medical Director and Psychiatrist also can prescribe and manage medications, including all federally approved medication-assisted treatments (MATs).
