Fair Oaks Residential Facility

Center Point, Inc. operates a 31-bed licensed substance use disorder residential treatment facility in Fair Oaks, California. The program offers integrated treatment services for adult men.  The treatment and training curriculum emphasize the development of skills that assist participants in successful community reintegration, including social and cognitive skill building, vocational preparation, relapse prevention, and continuing care planning. The length of treatment will depend on individualized assess needs. There is also a continuing treatment, which provides critical social and clinical support after program completion.

CENTER POINT INC. RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT​

Center Point, Inc. operates the Adult Residential Treatment Program in order to
assist those in need of an intensive highly structured treatment environment.

The program offers a variable stay from 3 to 6 months, clients are assessed for additional treatment needs during the course of treatment. All treatment is based on the clients voluntary agreement for placement. Additional assessments are completed regarding the client’s clinical, mental health, legal, family, and medical needs. Based on the intake interview and assessments, the client and the clinical team mutually develop an individualized treatment plan that will guide the client’s treatment experience.

The Adult Residential Treatment provides cognitive, behavioral, educational, vocational, and peer support interventions that promote pro-social adaptation to life without drugs and alcohol.

Continuing Care

Continuing Care services are initiated when participants complete residential or intensive outpatient programs. Weekly groups provide an on-going supportive forum that addresses re-entry issues and concerns. Continuing Care fosters the development of a stable peer support network (including AA & NA), recovery management skills, and provides continuing supportive services.
